1. Prepare the Frame

2. Install the Bottom Bracket

Apply grease to the threads of the bottom bracket shell.
Using the bottom bracket tool, install the bottom bracket into the frame. Torque to the manufacturer’s specifications.

3. Install the Headset and Fork

Apply a thin layer of grease to the headset cups.
Press the headset cups into the frame using a headset press tool.
Install the fork through the headset bearings.
